🌞 Slimming in a Heatwave? Here's How to Keep your Cool!
When the weather's hot, the last thing we fancy is slaving over a stove or feeling heavy and bloated.
So here’s what you could do:
🍓 Stick to light, fresh food – fruit, salad, and loads of ice-cold water/squash
🥗 Make a giant pasta salad or crustless quiche to keep in the fridge
🍦Treat yourself to frozen grapes, a low-syn lolly or 1/2 swip ice pop
😅 And remind yourself that sweating isn't failure – it's just the weather doing its thing!
Keeping cool = staying in control.
