Specialised in Pre-conception, pregnancy, postnatal, menopause, facial and zone face lift reflexology. Hello there! My name is Taz and I am the founder of Heart and Sole Reflexology North Devon. I am a fully qualified reflexologist based in the North Devon countryside. I first became interested in reflexology when I managed a wellbeing centre supporting cancer patients, their relatives and carers.

The difference these treatments made to overall health and wellbeing for clients was profound and I just knew this was the right therapy for me and something that needed to be shared with others! Thus began my journey in to training to become a reflexologist! I hold a level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and am a fully approved member of the Association of Reflexologists. My treatments primarily take place from my cosy treatment room based at my home in the quiet village of Monkleigh, situated between Bideford and Torrington. I am also able to travel to your home if you prefer (with cost of travel being added to treatment). My goal is to base treatments around you and to be as flexible as possible with my treatments to ensure you get the best possible experience!

Hi everyone! 👋🥰

Most of you probably know me now as the reflexologist based here in Bideford, but one thing you might not know about me is that I’m also a Baby Reflexology Practitioner! 👶✨

This means I’m able to run specialist baby reflexology courses, teaching parents gentle reflexology techniques that can be used at home to support their little ones.

Now that my own children are a little older and I’m able to pick up an extra day in Bideford, I’m thinking about relaunching my Baby Reflexology courses, but first, I’d love to find out if there’s much interest locally! 🥰

🌿 The course
A relaxed 3-week course, with one 1-hour session each week, covering:

👣 Reflexes to support your babys
😴 Sleep & comforting
🍼 Feeding & digestion
💛 General wellbeing

The details:
🏡Based at my cosy therapy room at 41B High Street, Bideford
👶 Suitable for babies from 4 weeks old to pre-crawling
👩‍🍼 Small groups of around 5–6 parents and babies
🗓️ Wednesday mornings, around 11/11.30am
🎃 Proposed launch: October
💷 £20 for the full 3-week course

Am I slightly addicted to studying reflexology? I think so! And am I sorry about that? Absolutely not! 😂

The one thing that drew me to reflexology when I was choosing a therapy was just how versatile it is and how it can support people in so many different ways.

From pregnancy support and helping with symptoms associated with menopause, to supporting men and women with fertility concerns, reflexology can be adapted to suit so many different needs. ✨

And it isn't limited to the feet! Reflexology can also be worked on the face, hands and head, making it an option even for those who aren't particularly keen on having their feet touched! 🙌

So, what's next on my study list? 👀
I'd love to explore a cancer-specific reflexology course, as well as branching out into more facial reflexology options.
