Whatever this week brings you be kind to yourself.

Remember you haven't been here before. So it's not always easy to know the best way forward.

Life feels relentless at the moment.

Many of us are under enormous financial and societal pressure, trying to keep up with a pace of life that simply isn't sustainable.

The difficult part is that making time for your wellbeing can often feel like a luxury. Yet there's an old saying that carries a lot of truth:

"If you don't make time for your wellness, you may one day have to make time for your illness."

Our bodies, minds and spirits all need moments of rest. Time to slow down. Time away from constant demands, notifications and responsibilities.

For many people, it's not as simple as putting "one hour to relax" in the diary. The pressures of everyday life can make it surprisingly difficult to truly switch off.

That's one of the reasons we introduced our "Me Time" sessions.

These aren't therapy sessions. There are no expectations, no agenda and nothing you have to achieve. They're simply dedicated time and space to step away from the outside world and reconnect with yourself in whatever way feels right for you.

For some people, having an appointment in the diary makes it far more likely they'll actually give themselves that time. Once you're here, many of life's distractions can be left outside for a while.

Whether you choose to sit quietly, read, reflect, breathe, or simply enjoy a peaceful environment, the time is yours.

This is just a gentle reminder that alongside the wellbeing services we offer, we also provide Me Time sessions for anyone who feels they could benefit from a little space to simply be.

Take care of yourselves.

Im posting this again as feel the message is important but didnt seem to get the interaction I'd hoped.

Our health and its maintenance is daily. its diet, its supplements, its activity. its active choices and much more

Society has us so busy this feels likes a luxury we cannot afford.

But if we dont make time for our health we will have to make time for our illness.

Take care people

Health and wellbeing are a journey.

This is something we often find quite difficult to explain.

Many people come to us after months or even years of living with health or wellbeing challenges. Often they've already tried lots of different approaches. That's not a criticism of the NHS or anyone else, it's simply an observation that many people start exploring complementary therapies as part of their wider wellbeing journey.

What we sometimes struggle to get across is that there rarely seems to be a magic wand.

When you've been dealing with something for a long time, it's completely understandable to hope that one or two sessions might be enough. We get that.

Our own experience, however, has taught us that looking after your wellbeing is more like tending a garden than flicking a switch. It takes time, consistency and patience. Some days feel like progress, others feel like standing still, but it's still part of the journey.

The therapies we offer have become part of our own lives and continue to be something we choose to include in our own wellbeing routine. We don't see them as a replacement for other aspects of looking after yourself, but as one part of a much bigger picture.

This isn't aimed at anyone in particular, and it certainly isn't meant to discourage anyone.

It's simply an honest reflection of how we see health and wellbeing after everything we've experienced ourselves.

If anyone would like to hear more about our own health journey, where we started, what we've been through, and why we now offer the therapies we do, we'd be happy to share our story.

Whatever path you're on, we genuinely wish you all the very best on your own health and wellbeing journey.

All the best

Ed

Make sure to stay hydrated this week. Whilst I am not feeding the hysteria about the heat wave . It's always important at all times of the year but especially in summer to stay hydrated.
