Sorry for my quietness on social media the last few months.
I have had some major life changes and needed a little time to get everything back on track.
I have been doing lots of work on my business behind the scenes.
But felt unable to post on social media, as I haven't been feeling myself.
After some time to focus on myself and taking a step back to reflect on everything.
I am back!! Bursting with ideas and ways I want to help others 💚
Taking time out is not like me, I like to be productive, every second of everyday. But I am realising that I need a better balance in my life.
Constantly pushing myself to finish my to do lists and make everything perfect, has in fact, led to major burn out.
So, I am trying to be nicer to myself, and give myself time to notice the things I HAVE achieved.
Rather than always feeling bad that I haven't done as much as I wanted.
If any of you are struggling with the pressure you put on yourself, or that others put on you. Remember you are doing your best. Everything will come in time.
To remind yourself how well you are doing this year. Try making a list of all the things you have achieved.
Each time you do something your proud of. Each time you achieve something, no matter how small. Make a note of it.
Pop it into a ‘What I have achieved in 2023’ list. Then at the end of the year, you can look at it and see how many things you have done. And be proud of yourself for what you have achieved!!
