After a week of cuddles from this boy and well wishes I’m am feeling much more my self.

Surgery went well.

I highly recommend Steven at SC landscape and design, very fairly priced and installed a cat flap for me.

He’s relocated and I know how hard it is to start a business in a new area. If you need any jobs done he is your man.

That’s a wrap! I’m now off work for a month while I recover from surgery, returning on 22nd June.

I won’t be treating patients during this time, but I’ll still have my phone and diary with me — because let’s be honest, being self‑employed means “time off” is more of a concept than a reality.

This was a very satisfying job first thing this morning….

A clear improvement after reducing hard skin and treating the underlying dryness. Regular use of a urea‑based moisturiser, avoiding barefoot walking on hard floors, and keeping pressure areas monitored can significantly reduce the risk of fissures forming.
