I’m really excited to be co-facilitating this yoga, meditation and sound workshop next month with my friend and Sharpham buddy, Emma.

Join us in welcoming back the sun after a long winter. Spring equinox is a powerful time of renewal, as we look ahead to warmer days and new beginnings. It also happens a to be a full moon. 🌕 🌷🌱☀️
