We’re looking for someone positive, organised and ready to learn to join us as our new Business Administration Apprentice in Totnes. If you’re starting out in your career and want hands-on experience in a friendly, close-knit office, this is a brilliant opportunity.

You’ll help keep our office running smoothly, greeting visitors, supporting the team, managing calls and emails, keeping records up to date, and lending a hand with meetings and small projects. Every day brings something different, and you’ll be supported throughout by our Office Lead and wider team.

Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll work towards a recognised Business Administration qualification with Exeter College, with dedicated time each week to learn, grow and build confidence.

We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, friendly, and keen to develop new skills. If you enjoy being organised, communicating with people and getting stuck in, you’ll fit right in.
