EastEnders is set to tackle an important and emotional storyline as part of the BBC’s special Caring Matters week. ❤️

Young Will Mitchell is struggling to balance caring for Janet while also helping look after Honey after her hospital accident — and it all comes to a head when he misses out on going to a rave with Oscar.

The special week will shine a light on the real-life pressures unpaid carers face every single day, while also showing the love, sacrifice and emotional toll that often goes unseen.

The BBC will also air Natalie Cassidy: Caring Together, following Natalie as she trains alongside real carers and health professionals.

A really powerful subject that so many families will relate to. 💔
