Mindfulness4Wellness.org delivers live and on-line Mindfulness Training group courses and 1 to 1sessions for people living with pain, illness and stress, who would like to learn tried and tested mindfulness-based strategies and meditations to manage their condition and live well again. ts of freedom and creativity that cultivating it offers. People who have already completed the 8-week mindfulness course a while back and wish to re-kindle their mindfulness practice and remind themselves of the benefits of a consistent practice, will also benefit from Mindfulness4Welleness programmes as it provides regular Mindfulness group Meetings on-line and Days of Practice. Daniela Coronelli is a member of the British Association of the Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) in the UK and follows their Best Practice’s Guidance and Code of Ethics. She is also a senior practicing Mindful-Shiatsu & Amerta Movement practitioner and teacher who has integrated the core principles of mindfulness and compassion in touch-based bodywork and in somatic movement. She works with people both indoors and in Nature through guided walks, movement and sharing circles.
