Tonight’s NADA Reset was all about slowing down, relaxing into the moment and noticing the little things.

Our monthly sessions get booked up quickly, because once you’ve experienced that feeling of total switch off, letting go of the day and giving your nervous system a reset, you’ll understand why people come back for more.

WARM UP THIS AUTUMN WITH RIPPLES

As the days get colder, you might notice your body feeling a little stiffer, more tense, or simply craving warmth and rest.

At Ripples, you can now finish your acupuncture treatment with 15 minutes wrapped up warm in our infrared cocoon — giving you extra time to slow down, relax and let your body unwind.

The gentle warmth gives deep relief to tired, tense muscles, helping you feel looser and calmer with improved circulation.
Because infrared warmth penetrates deeper than the warmth you feel on the skin from an electric blanket, it can be particularly soothing when your body is feeling tight and sluggish in the colder months.

So if you're feeling the chill, don't just turn the heating up. Come and warm up properly.

Acupuncture + 15 minutes in the infrared cocoon = the perfect autumn treatment £65, available from 12th October at:

* The Chakra Room – Ramsbottom
* Soul to Sole – Radcliffe
* Summerseat Physiotherapy

Message or WhatsApp to book your session....your body will thank you.

Not all my work happens in the treatment room.

There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes — research, studying and keeping up to date with new developments.

As a member of the British Acupuncture Council, ongoing professional development is an essential part of my practice.
