Unwind and restore with:
🌿 Back Care Yoga Practice
A gentle, supportive yoga practice designed to improve spinal mobility, release tension and strengthen the muscles that support the back. Through mindful movement, breath awareness and carefully selected postures, you'll learn simple techniques that can help reduce discomfort and improve everyday movement.
This practice is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and will include:
• Gentle ways to improve spinal mobility
• Stretches to release tight hips, shoulders and lower back
• Core-strengthening exercises to support the spine
• Breathing techniques to reduce tension and stress
• Simple practices to improve posture and body awareness
Melanie will guide you safely through the practice, offering options and modifications throughout so you can move comfortably and confidently within your own body's abilities.
✨ Deep Yoga Nidra for Pain Release
Following your yoga practice, you will be guided through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to release pain.
This calming practice helps quiet the mind, settle the nervous system and encourage the body to release deeply held tension & pain. Through guided awareness and relaxation, you will be invited into a state of profound rest, release and restoration.
This intentional space allows you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with a sense of ease and comfort in both body and mind.
🍲 About the Meal
At 5pm, enjoy a wholesome, lovingly prepared meal by Colin, made with care and crafted to nourish and restore.
Expect warm, comforting flavours, seasonal ingredients and grounding food that supports wellbeing and connection. This shared meal offers a relaxed opportunity to chat, unwind and recharge before the final relaxation experience.
This workshop is perfect for anyone with a desire to keep your spine healthy or experiencing:

Step away from the noise and overstimulation of daily life and enter a blissful space created purely for calm, grounding and gentle nourishment.
Unwind and reset with:
· Yin Yoga, Acupressure & Ear Massage: slow, meditative postures held for longer periods to gently open the body, release deep tension and encourage stillness. This grounding Yin practice for sleep supports the nervous system, enhances flexibility and invites a deep sense of calm and presence. This will enhance the Sleep Practices we did last month and Melanie will also deepen the experience with a little ear & hair practice. Massaging the sound sleep acupressure point so you can enjoy a good nights rest.
· Crystal bowl & chimes sound bath: led by Simone, whose deeply soothing sessions received beautiful feedback last time. Several of you said that Simone delivered the best sound bath you’d ever experienced. Expect gentle vibrations that melt stress, quiet the mind and create a profoundly restorative experience.
· Yoga Nidra: supportive verbal guidance to help you melt softly into rest and reset your energy after periods of intensity or stress. This is an intentional space to pause: a peaceful environment to breathe, slow down and reconnect.

At 5pm, enjoy a wholesome, lovingly prepared dish by Colin, made with care and crafted to nourish you after your yin practice. Expect warm, comforting flavours, seasonal ingredients and grounding food that supports relaxation and connection.
