A lovely adventure away last week to Shropshire,the beauty,scenery, history, ancient oaks and the rivers, what an amazing place.
Being present, connecting was beautiful & amazing, calming and serene.
Staying on farm land in a shepherds hut, sitting outside being still, with natures noises surrounding, singing of birds, cows mooing in fields, they were fully embraced while the night was silent and sky was clear and bright with stars shining. 💚

So I did something today that i havent done for years on my own and went to a beach, and this morning, i ventured out and went down to southbourne. Now im not a small girl and being on a beach has always made me more aware but today this didnt stop me, my inner goddess rose to the surface with a strong you've got this, and what a wonderful day i had, connecting with the sea, sitting in that connection, swimming,sifting through the stones and being gifted with all sorts of shapes and colours that caught my eye to bring home,for creative purposes. My husband did join me towards end of the afternoon with the dogs who love playing in the sea,perfect end to a lesson for myself I needed to heed.... (and i do look a little like a traffic light now 😁) love this journey 💚
