Lovely cool morning walk, a feeling and need to be close to the forest floor for grounding, i stopped in a ring of oaks, connected with the roots of these great trees, opened funnels with both earth and universal to complete a cleansing and release of that which does not serve me or my purpose, in shamanic terms it is called the Saminchakuay, when i finished i had been joined in the energy by these beautiful ponies. What a beautiful couple of days, resetting in a tribe of wonderful people,in a stunning location.
To take yourself out of day to day, making time for you, we talked,shared and laughed.
We grounded and cleansed. Experienced a relaxing sound bath within the trees with Sarah, we had drumming in the roundhouse with cacao heated in a cauldron over a fire, made connections with ancestors, a morning of perfecly imperfect yoga, Emberz and I held a session on Chumpi stones.

The magic of the ferns, an ancient plant, that grows in the spring sprouting out from the ground, the tips curled round as the stem grows tall and strong, the leaves unfurl and spread out above the ground, the ferns branches and leaves intermingle with each other showing as a wall a barrier of magical protection, linked with the fae world, the strength, resilience with growth in direct sunlight and in the dampness within the shadows of the trees.
A protection at night for the animals in the forest sleeping in amongst them.
Many cultures believe to carry or burn a bundle of dried leaves wards off negative energies.
A beautiful energy to walk among. 💚
