Sometimes all that is required is being consciously connected to the wondrous world around us. Healing takes so many different forms, sometimes we need a quick fix other forms of healing can take much longer. This afternoon my healing will come from listening to my body, paying attention to it with great focus and noticing where my stressors lie. Being mindful of what is occurring in the body is the best place to start as the body knows much sooner when things are beginning to affect us. After a yuky morning I reckon a bit of time in flow and some nature will be jut perfect

A beautiful stroll in Salcey Forest with Emma Emma ✨ Breathwork & Wellbeing and a cool afternoon finishing a commission. Chatting with Emma was as wonderful as ever and we strayed across art and charcoal. When I was home I turned my attention two of my works which uses charcoal, one is painted with water over the charcoal and the other is charcoal on vibrant acrylic paint. Fascinating what mark making can do when the brain has enough space in which to work. After a bit of gardening I sat and worked on ‘the big jumper’ while listening to The Other Bennet Sister! Wonderful, such a peaceful and enriching day 💫🫶
