Please join us on Saturday at our Cream Tea, Produce and Craft Fayre at the Chantry House in Towcester, between 10.30am and 3.30pm, when we’ll be serving up a delicious selection of home-made sweet & savoury scones. Choose between sweet scones, fruit or plain, with jam and cream or cheese scones with butter and chutney, plus your choice of tea and coffee. These will be served in the Chantry House garden, weather permitting, or inside upstairs in the event of inclement conditions. We look forward to seeing you there.

Stuck for what to cook when you’re out of ideas? Pop along to our Cream Tea, Produce and Craft Fayre on Saturday 5th September at the Chantry House in Towcester and pick up a copy of this lovely recipe booklet. Containing nutritious recipes from the staff, volunteers and visitors at renew169 Wellbeing to boost your mood, it also features wonderful illustrations by local artist, Val Goldfinch. The booklets cost just £5 each, with all of the proceeds going to renew169, to enable us continue our work supporting the local community with their mental health.

As well as crafts, we’ll be selling produce from the Community Garden at our Cream Tea, Produce and Craft Fayre on Saturday 5th September at the Chantry House in Towcester. Hard to say at this stage exactly what will be ready, but rest assured, all the produce will have been grown just down the road and freshly picked or pulled from the ground, so come along and check out the selection on offer and be sure to grab yours to taste the difference home grown makes!

In celebration of the National Year of Reading this year, Judy from Heart Felt Fancies has made a super selection of felt bookmarks, which she will be bringing along to sell at our Cream Tea, Produce and Craft Fayre on Saturday 5th September at the Chantry House in Towcester. She will also be bringing some gorgeous autumn pumpkins, as well as her adorable pocket bears and some cute felted Christmas ornaments. As always, all of the proceeds from sales will come to renew169 to enable us continue our work supporting the local community.

Made by Paul, from Towcester Woodcraft, these will be for sale at the Cream Tea, Produce and Craft Fayre on Saturday 5th September at the Chantry House in Towcester, along with other items including plant pot holders, lanterns, bird boxes and bug houses. Our wonderful crafters have been very busy in recent weeks making a variety of items for our Cream Tea, Produce & Craft Fayre next Saturday.

It’s never too early to start thinking about our festive gift giving, so first up is this lovely collection of pottery by Helen. All of the proceeds from sales will go towards our ongoing work, supporting people in our local community with their mental health.
