Another magical evening out in nature surrounded by a circle of incredible women ✨
The whole evening was filled with calm, connection and pure empowerment.

From a grounding yoga session and soothing breath work with the amazing Esther.. to a delicious campfire dinner lovingly prepared by Natasha at The Good Stuff…
to a deeply restorative sound bath with the beautiful Laura…

And even the rain didn’t stop us — it actually enhanced the evening. All of us snug inside the teepee tent, listening to the gentle patter on the canvas, made everything feel even more atmospheric and connected.

Held in the most peaceful countryside, it was a space where everyone could breathe, unwind and simply be.

I’ve just had the loveliest, most relaxing weekend here in beautiful Greece — soaking up the sunshine, sampling the local cuisine and sipping their local w**e (purely for wellness research, of course 😇) … all in the name of self‑care 😂✨

Following a wonderful weekend celebrating my son’s wedding, I will be taking a short break as my mother and I fly to Corfu for the weekend. During this time, I will be unavailable, but all messages will be responded to promptly upon my return to the treatment room on Tuesday 25th August.

I’m still so emotional after watching my boy marry the love of his life on Sunday. Sharing my speech about being a young mother at just 16, the wonderful man Jordan has become, the most amazing father he is, and the beautiful life he’s built with Kristie — will stay with me forever.

We were so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends at the wedding. It was a day filled with tears, laughter and the deepest joy. A day we will hold in our hearts forever.
