🚝 Gareth is in London for two days (Wednesday and Thursday) as part of his role at the Royal College of .

We have disabled online booking for Gareth for these days as private service consultation types will not be available face to face.

We have prescribers that can see you for NHS common ailments, sore throat, ear conditions, UTI, skin conditions, contraception etc

🌡️ It is HOT out there!

The weather is glorious at the moment 😎
It’s great to enjoy and fantastic for Vitamin D.

☀️ It’s important to enjoy it sensibly however and protect ourselves from sun damage and avoid burning:

✅ Use a sunscreen with at least SPF30 and at least 4* UVA protection
✅Apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes before going out and just before
✅ Reapply sunscreen after being in the water
✅ Use a moisturising aftersun product afterwards
✅ Stay hydrated!
