I GOT A G IN MATHS GCSE, LEFT SCHOOL AT 16, LAUNCHED MY FIRST BUSINESS AT THE AGE OF 20 AND EMPLOYED 8 STAFF MEMBERS WITHIN MY FIRST YEAR.

SINCE LEAVING SCHOOL, I’VE GONE ON TO GAIN OVER 40 ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, BUILDING MY KNOWLEDGE AND CAREER IN MY OWN WAY, AT MY OWN PACE.

I’VE BUILT A CAREER AND BUSINESS I’M PROUD OF, AND NONE OF IT WAS DETERMINED BY THE LETTERS ON THAT PIECE OF PAPER I OPENED AT 16.

EXAM RESULTS CAN OPEN DOORS, BUT THEY DO NOT DEFINE YOUR INTELLIGENCE, YOUR WORK ETHIC OR HOW SUCCESSFUL YOU CAN BECOME.

SOMETIMES YOUR PATH JUST LOOKS A LITTLE DIFFERENT TO EVERYONE ELSE’S , AND THAT’S OKAY.
