I had a lovely catch up in the Memorial Garden with my gorgeous friend Carlie today, and she pulled an Oracle Card for me. It couldn’t be more perfect. This is me at the moment, in my little bubble, pouring light back into myself, and carrying out lots of grounding practices.

I hope you’re all doing the same. I have moments of feeling guilty for not being able to support the people who came to me for regular healing, but please remember that you can do lots of things to ground yourself during times of stress.

I find epsom salt baths, with a few drops of lavender oil, make a huge difference when I’m feeling ungrounded. Even in this hot weather I make sure that I have them regularly to clear my energy.

This is so awful 😢 I’ve been going to the post office every day recently and the owner, Harnam, is the loveliest man. He’s been giving me lots of useful advice about running a business and life in general. Such a terrible thing for someone to do.

A car was set alight after being used in an attempted ram-raid at a village post office in the early hours of this morning.

Room to Rent in Tring – Available from September

A small first-floor room is available to rent on a long-term basis (minimum 12-month contract).

Location: Marash House is in a lovely setting next to The Robin Hood pub, at the bottom of Tring High Street.

What's included:

First-floor room
Shared use of the kitchen and bathroom
Parking for one car may be available in the courtyard (not guaranteed, but there is usually a space)

This room would be ideal as an office, treatment room, or counselling space.

I’m hoping that I’ve managed to reach most people now, but for anyone who missed my email, please see the message below:

Dear Clients,

It is with great sadness that I’m writing to let you know that I have made the difficult decision to stop practising reflexology with immediate effect.

Over the past two years, it has been an absolute privilege to support so many of you on your wellbeing journeys. I’ve been incredibly grateful for your trust, loyalty and kindness, and I’ve loved getting to know so many wonderful people along the way.

This hasn’t been an easy decision to make, but I’ve realised that, for my own health and wellbeing, I need to step away from practising. The physical and energetic nature of the work has begun to have too much of an impact on my nervous system, and I have reached the point where I need to put my own health first.

I’m truly sorry that I couldn’t continue. Thank you for your support, encouragement and for allowing me to be a small part of your lives over the past two years. I will miss seeing you all very much, and I wish each and every one of you the very best for the future.
