Do you put yourself at the bottom of the list, time to get yourself to the top…..

I’ve created a half-day retreat called School-Day Sanctuary -
a space for you to rest, breathe, and feel like yourself again.

We’ll move through gentle yoga, deep relaxation, and yoga nidra…
and you’ll be nourished with a beautiful lunch.

It’s all held during school hours, so it fits into real life.

It’s happening in Yogaatstudio9 Troon, on Wednesday 29th April, and I’m keeping it really small — just 12 women.

You’re so welcome whether you have young children, grown-up children, or no children at all.
