I put this together for my own ice baths because it really helps me stay calm when I first get in. I’m sharing it here in case it helps anyone else at BePresent, too.

It’s just a 4-second box breathing loop—you can watch the screen or just close your eyes and listen to the rhythm. Hope it makes your next plunge a bit easier. ❄️

This is a little of what Lucy and I get up between waiting for the sauna to heat up and costumers arriving. Genuinely feel so blessed to get up and do what i do every day! Dream team!

Big things coming! 🥊

We’re proud to see a Trowbridge local like Callum repping the BePresent logo—he’s one of the hardest workers in the game. It’s been an absolute pleasure supporting Callum and his brother, Kadon, since day one. They’ve been part of the BePresent community from the very beginning, using our sauna and ice baths to stay at the top of their game.

Callum is stepping into the ring at the O2 on the 29th of August, and we couldn’t be more excited to cheer him on.
