That feeling when you've had blocked ears for days (or sometimes much longer)... and suddenly you can hear clearly again. 👂✨

We asked our lovely patients how they felt before and after ear wax removal, and some of their answers really say it all:

Another fully booked week at the clinic! 👂💙

We had a full diary at Westbury White Horse Health Centre yesterday, and next week's diary is filling up nicely too.

The kit might look serious, but we promise we're not! 😂

We know that ear wax removal can sound a little daunting, especially if you've never had it done before.
That's why, alongside professional equipment, training and experience, we think a friendly and reassuring approach is just as important.

We're both qualified nurses, so you'll always be in safe, professional hands. But we'll also take the time to make you feel comfortable, explain what we're doing and have a bit of a chat along the way.

In fact, one of the things our patients comment on most often is how relaxed they've felt during their appointment and quite a few have mentioned our sense of humour too!

From aged 6 to 106. 🤍

Something we love about what we do is the range of people we get to help.

And here's something that might surprise you… lots of the people who contact us aren't booking for themselves.

They're a mum getting in touch about her seven year old who's had blocked ears ever since spending the whole holiday diving to the bottom of the swimming pool. Or an adult child worried about their elderly parent who's been struggling to follow conversations and can't work out why their hearing aids don't seem to be helping anymore.

Younger ears and older ears are often the ones that need us most and the people who book those appointments are quietly doing one of the kindest things you can do for someone you love.

We treat patients from the age of 6 upwards. So far our oldest client is 106, but we're happy to beat that. 😄 Whatever your loved one's age, we're here to support them and their ears.

Meet the medics behind the microsuction 👋

Meet Emma.

Yes, she's a qualified nurse, registered Midwife and the Co-founder of Wiltshire Ear Wax Removal, but this superwoman also makes one hell of a cocktail and what she doesn't know about skincare isn't worth knowing!

She also loves walking, experimenting with her ice cream maker and she has two miniature horses.

Emma's a classic perfectionist with very high standards, which is exactly why she's excellent at ear care, bringing the same precision and methodical approach to our patients as she does to mixing the perfect cocktail.

Ask any of our patients and they'll say the same - Emma's calm, precise and genuinely brilliant at putting people at ease (no cocktails required).

What an exciting day! 📻📰

We were on BBC Radio Wiltshire this morning and now our BBC article is live too. We're still pinching ourselves!

A special thank you to our wonderful client John from Trowbridge, who shared his story so generously. John came to us after months of struggling to hear and trying everything he could think of at home. After his appointment he said it "opened up a new world" - and that the world is no longer muffled to him. We absolutely love that. 🤍
