✨Try spending some time outdoors✨
We've packed up and gone camping for a few days... I love it!
I'm very lucky to have such beautiful countryside on my doorstep in Cornwall, but wherever you are, search out your local green space and get outside.
We're all super busy and it's easy to let the day go by without getting outside.
But fresh air can make us feel sooooo much better.
It can wake you up if you're tired and allow you to de-stress!
If you can get somewhere in nature that's amazing, but even if you just step outside your door and go for a walk at lunchtime.
You'll be surprised how much better you feel for it.
