And just like that we’re back!

Like we’ve never been away 💞

Thank you to all of you beautiful souls of Mawnan Smith, for your patience, understanding and words of love and support over the summer.

It certainly feels good to be back in that hall with you all 🥰

🌅 Well! What a way to end a glorious summer of yoga and fitness with Golowi Well-Being? Heart led yoga under a solar eclipse on the cliff tops of ~ bliss 🌅

🏖️All classes are paused now until September 7th. I’m taking a little break to spend time with family, before we’re back to school (that’s me!), work, uni and college.
My sister and I have a little holiday planned and we’ll be celebrating Ruby’s 21st over the bank holiday weekend! 🍾

💞 Hand on heart it’s been an emotional summer of taking stock and finding perspective after what feels like a short period of hefty loss.
I’ve really appreciated being able to go slowly this summer and reflect on memories of my folks and fam.
But it’s time to gently and steadily move forwards and count my blessings of which there are many 💫

💃🏼 a HUGE heartfelt thank you to the ladies and Kim at classes for their understanding, patience and compassion.
We will be restarting our sessions together once more on Friday 11th September with a slight change to the Friday morning schedule (take a look at the images above ⬆️)

This Wednesday 12th August at approx 7:10-8:20pm, here in SW and West Cornwal we’ll be able to witness the solar eclipse, the first since 1999!

Where will you be witnessing this beautiful event from Mother Nature?

I am excited to be offering a heart led yoga session out on the decking at from 6:30pm-8pm.
