I love foraging with my mate Ben, who knows all about mushrooms. With my knowledge of plants, we form a great pair :)

I am an artist, a doula, an art teacher and a lover of life! My foraging started as a hobbie, turned into a passion and is now integrated into my daily life. It enables me to be more in touch with the seasons, more in touch with my health, by tapping into ancient plant wisdom, and

teaches me to be more mindful and aware of my surroundings

Come and enjoy nature's abundance on this informative foraging course. We'll explore the fields, hedgerows, coast and woodlands around Maenporth Beach, Falmouth. You will learn to identify, pick responsibly and prepare a variety of wild foods

Go to https://nature-art-play.square.site/ to book. Adults £35, kids £5. Discounts available. Dogs welcome

Sunday the 6th April, 1pm - 4pm, meet at the end of the car park, opposite from the cafe. There are public toilets on the road side of the cafe

A wild food snack and drink is provided, please let me know of any allergies. Bring sturdy footwear, we will be walking along footpaths and fields
