Overthinking isn’t deep thinking…
it’s repetitive thinking without direction.

Here’s a simple way to break the loop:

🔹 “Am I replaying the same thought?”
If the answer is no, let it pass naturally.
Not every thought needs attention.
But if it’s yes, you’re stuck in a mental loop — and that’s where awareness begins.

🔹 “Can I affect the situation?”
If no — then your mind is trying to control what it cannot.
That’s not thinking… that’s suffering.
Let it go.
If yes — then shift from thinking to action.

🔹 “Will it matter tomorrow?”
Most things feel urgent only in the moment.
If it won’t matter tomorrow, it doesn’t deserve your peace today.

🔹 “Will it matter next week?”
Time filters importance.
If it fades with time, don’t let it consume your present.

🔹 “Will it matter next year?”
This is the ultimate perspective check.
If it won’t matter long-term, it’s not worth long-term stress.

🔹 If YES to all → Do something.
Take one small step.
Action breaks anxiety faster than endless thinking ever will.

🔹 If NO at any point → Let the thought drift away.
Not everything needs solving.
Some thoughts just need releasing.
