We're hiring across Mid & West Cornwall — and here's what the job actually looks like.

🏏 There's a young man in St Erth who won't miss the cricket, so somebody goes with him. There's a mum near Camborne who got to sit down with a cup of tea last week, because someone else was there with her son for a couple of hours.
Those are small things. They're also the whole job. We'll train you in everything else
We're adding to the team at Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall. There are six roles open at the moment, in different parts of the county and with quite different working patterns:
🔹 Home Care Assistant — Penzance and St Ives · £13.46–£13.66 an hour · 37.5 hours
🔹 Homecare Team Leader — across Mid & West Cornwall · £14.46–£21.08 an hour · 37.5 hours
🔹 Children and Young People's Support Worker — Hayle, Indian Queens, Camborne and Redruth · £13.46–£13.66 an hour
🔹 Complex Care Support Worker (female only) — Tresillian and nearby · full or part time
🔹 Live-in Care Assistant (female only) — St Erth · £130 a day · two weeks on, one week off
🔹 Waking Night Care Assistant (female only) — Crantock · £15.46–£15.66 an hour · 21 hours
🎓 Full paid induction and ongoing training come with every one of these roles, so previous care experience isn't essential for all of them. Our Care Experts have come to us from schools, shops, nurseries, youth work, and from years of looking after their own families. A varied background counts for more with us, not less.
🚗 You'll need a full UK driving licence and your own car, and the right to work in the UK.
