It’s Functional Friday—and today we’re unlocking the hips! 🦵✨
Your hips are the powerhouse of movement—supporting walking, sitting, lifting, and just about everything in between. But modern habits like prolonged sitting can cause tightness and reduced mobility, which may lead to lower back pain, stiffness, and imbalance.

Improving hip mobility helps you move more freely, with better posture, balance, and strength. In Pilates, we focus on gentle, controlled movements that stretch tight muscles and activate deep stabilisers—helping you feel more open, grounded, and aligned.
