Improving hip mobility helps you move more freely, with better posture, balance, and strength. In Pilates, we focus on gentle, controlled movements that stretch tight muscles and activate deep stabilisers—helping you feel more open, grounded, and aligned.
This week, give your hips some love with mindful movement. Think hip circles, bridges, lunges, and leg sweeps. A little freedom in the hips can go a long way in how you feel every day. 🌿
