We do not suffer because of our thoughts, feelings and emotions, we suffer because we do not allow ourselves to FEEL, to be present, to be who we are at any given moment. You can judge and criticise, suppress and repress, however the feelings will always be there until you learn to lean in and let go.

You do not need to understand or analyse, you do not need to know where they originated. When you FEEL, LET GO!!
