Just Published in Positive Health Magazine ... My article on the work of Prof Chris Exley entitled: "The Prevalence of Aluminium in 21st century Life".
If you know anyone with Alzheimers, MS, Parkinsonism or Autism either in your family and friends or your clients, this article contains information that everyone needs to know about and which is one of those 'Inconvenient Truths' and which 'They' don't want you to!
POSITIVE HEALTH ONLINE ISSUE 270 MAY 2021
=====================================
The Editor writes:
Dear All,
Positive Health PH Online Issue 270, published 29 April 2021 has as its cover story The Prevalence of Aluminium in 21st Century Life.
I exhort PH Online readers to read this article with its fluorescence microscopic image documenting aluminium (orange) and amyloid-b (green) in a senile plaque in brain tissue in Alzheimer’s disease AND the mesmerizing book" Imagine You Are An Aluminum Atom" by Christopher Exley PhD FRSB which was completely revelatory for me, including its fastidious research content; also its documentation of political dirty tricks on the part of Government, Industry even Scientific Publishers and Academia, apparently intent upon suppressing the truth of the toxicity of this ubiquitous mineral. The most recently published paper in Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology measured and analyzed the aluminium content of infant vaccines with the following conclusions:
“The data have raised specific questions about the significance of the aluminium content of vaccines and identified areas of extremely limited information. Since aluminium is a known toxin in humans and specifically a neurotoxin, its content in vaccines should be accurate and independently monitored to ensure both efficacy and safety.”

I frequently imagine how the world could have been if natural, immune-enhancing approaches including Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Herbs had been embraced in the prevention and treatment for COVID-19; however my voice is not alone in being ignored and in other cases, suppressed. I despair of the current focus solely upon pharmaceutical / drug treatments for cancer – radiation and chemotherapy – and latterly COVID-19 – dexamethasone, vaccination – totally ignoring and actively suppressing clinically effective natural and safe non-drug treatments as continually published within PH Online Cancer Book Reviews and Letters to the Editor Issue 263, Issue 264, Issue 265, Issue 266, Issue 267, Issue 268, Issue 269 and Issue 270 – against COVID-19.

SMOKING!
========
I posted this up to a friend on FB who is '...trying to give up smoking'! Here is what I said:

"As an ex-smoker, whatever you do DON’T _T_R_Y_ TO GIVE UP SMOKING !!! TAKE UP _ NOT_ SMOKING INSTEAD!

[1] Measure out how many ci******es you plan on smoking today. The intent is to GRADUALLY cut down by reducing your ‘daily allowance’ by 1 per Day every week. .... week 1 only 10 per day .... week 2 only 9 per day etc

[2] always smoke OUTSIDE the house, whatever the weather.

[3] keep the cigs in the car or in your garden greenhouse, so that you HAVE to make an effort to go get one!

[4] Before you allow yourself to light up, take 10 deep breaths

[5] suck your thumb deliberately for 10 deep breaths ... this releases endorphins

[6] Ask yourself: “What emotion am I feeling that is making me want to reach for a cig?”

[7] Deal with it ... {See FILES ... Energy Lock} ... Before lighting up take 10 deep breaths

[8] At the end of the day, if you have a few cigs left, pat yourself on the back and say: “Hey! Well done! Im gradually working my way to wards my goal of becoming a non-smoker again!”

[9]Next day, count out your chosen number of cigs including yesterdays!

[10] If you are having a particularly ‘tough day’ and the Energy Lock or the Nostril- breathing isn’t enough {see FILES again} and you have tried ALL the things already listed ... have one more cigarette ... and DO NOT BEAT YOURSELF UP ABOUT IT. 😎You are on the Yellow Brick Road to becoming a NON-SMOKER again. It is simply a matter of time before you get there!.

[11] Let us know how you get on. Keep a simple diary ofhowmany cigs you have smoked ... and don’t make a big Thing about it ... it is simply a case of developing a ‘new’ habit ... that’s all. REMEMBER .... there is an element of ‘addiction’, but is GREATLY OVER-ESTIMATED! The cells in your brain will scream “Give me a cigarette, NOW!” If you don’t ‘answer the phone’ IMMEDIATELY by distracting yourself (see above). They will settle down and the ‘urge’ _WILL_ pass ... I promise! After a while (or something stressful triggers the ‘need’ to suck your thumb - the cigarette ) they cells will have another tantrum! Do the same again. ALLOW YOURSELF to say “I will have a cigarette in a short while ... just be patient”. Its a fine balance ... slowly turning down the volume of the ‘craving’ without actually ‘feeding’ the craving by Withholding the cigarette.

*** ONE MORE THING ... the ‘craving’ is VERY SNEAKY ... Once you have reached your goal and you have been ‘clean’ for a month ... WATCH OUT! LOL It will try to suck you in again.

IF YOU UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS ... this is REALLY EASY.
===============================================Simply say (lovingly) “Thanks. That’s okay. I don’t need to do this any more.” 2 MONTHS LATER (the craving intensity tends to double in between ‘urges’) ... It’s BACK AGAIN. Resist lovingly again. 4 months later, 8 months later 16 months later... put these dates in your diary to ‘watch out for that pesky little devil 😈 again!‘

LOL 30 years after I quit smoking - 39 years ago!!! - I saw an old movie where someone was REALLY enjoying a cigarette and I suddenly heard myself say : “Ooh! I could really fancy a cigarette, too!” Then I burst out laughing and realised what was happenning and replaced that thought with :”Eeeeeeew! That would taste DISGUSTING and I would STINK of to***co again!” Just saying ....... It’s not a MONSTER ... it is simply an unsuccessful way of obtaining some relief that we allow ourselves to BELIEVE is a monster ... when in reality it is not.

[12] Work out what you WERE spending on to***co every week and open up a special PARTY SAVINGS ACCOUNT in your bank, and regularly pay into this account — EVERY WEEK - what you would normally have spent on to***co. Spend it on yourself to reward your wise new Habit! A massage or a new ....

[13] Hypnotherapy will often help you to change your old habit into a new on!

[14] ... Oh! Yes! Homeopathy can also play a role in this too!

I would love to hear how you get on with this!

RICHARD KAY
During those decades when she was still travelling abroad, a small leather case went everywhere with the Queen.
Divided into up to 60 compartments and replenished by aides before each journey, it contained a bewildering supply of homeopathic remedies.
There was arsenicum album for food poisoning, cocculus for travel sickness, nux vomica for indigestion and arnica, for jet-lag and bruising.
For the Queen, the presence of these cures was not just a reassuring element of comfortable travel. She considered it her duty to remain well on overseas engagements, not least because of the logistical nightmare if she were taken ill. But above all, that leather case symbolised royal patronage for alternative medicine.

And despite the shrill claims that such complementary treatments are quackery, who could say they have not served her well?
At almost 94, she has enjoyed remarkably robust health for much of her life and has seldom been forced to cancel official duties because of illness.
So while there will be anxieties about the Prince of Wales as he fights Covid-19, the question for millions will be: what about the Queen?
Despite her extraordinary resilience, her age puts her in the high-risk category. Buckingham Palace aides have been crosschecking diaries to see when Charles last came into close contact with his mother and other members of the Royal Family.
In fact, mother and son rarely meet in the course of their working days — but the Prince likes to drop in on her when he is performing duties at Buckingham Palace.
The last time the two met was on March 12, when he officiated at an investiture and called in on the Queen. Since last week, the Queen has effectively been self-isolating at Windsor Castle and is said to be well and in good spirits.
Whatever arguments rage between believers and sceptics on the value of homeopathy, the royals have sided firmly, if generally privately, with its supporters.
The Queen’s father, George VI, relied on it as much as he did on conventional medicine, and named one of his racehorses Hypericum after a remedy.
So too did the Queen Mother, and she lived to 101. Even Prince Philip, generally more sceptical on such matters, for years wore a copper bracelet to ward off arthritis.
Prince Charles has been the most public defender of alternative cures, once angrily claiming that so many myths had attached to his views of natural medicine that critics had accused him of an ‘amazing cocktail of freakish interests and obsessions’
Princess Anne likes to take a compound of arnica with her when she is on horseback, to deal with bruises should she fall. Prince Charles has been the most public defender of alternative cures, once angrily claiming that so many myths had attached to his views of natural medicine that critics had accused him of an ‘amazing cocktail of freakish interests and obsessions’.
His alternative medical guru, Dr Mosaraf Ali, is sure he will make a speedy recovery.
‘The Prince is fit and well and rarely falls ill,’ Dr Ali told me. ‘He’s in the right place to get better — Scotland is good for him.’
The royals are zealous about trying to keep details of their health secret. Some years ago, Prince Philip threatened legal action after a newspaper published details of a condition he was suffering. And a biographer of a courtier to the Queen’s father had references to the King’s health deleted after submitting the manuscript to Buckingham Palace for fact-checking.
Even when it might suit the Royal Family for certain medical details to be made public, they have prevented that happening. It was widely reported that a whole passage listing concerns about Princess Diana’s mental health was removed from Jonathan Dimbleby’s biography of the Prince of Wales, on Charles’s orders.
Sometimes they have apparently authorised even more extreme action. In 1986, 50 years after his death, it was revealed that George V had been administered a lethal shot of morphine and co***ne to guarantee him a painless death — but also so the announcement (of his passing) could be carried ‘in the morning papers rather than the less appropriate evening journals’.
Quaint terms surround royal health. Their medical staff are known as physicians, apothecaries and ophthalmologists. Of course, as monarch and heir, some light has to be shed on the Queen and Charles’s health.
An arnica storage container and bottles. Whatever arguments rage between believers and sceptics on the value of homeopathy, the royals have sided firmly, if generally privately, with its supporters
In January 1949, when then Princess Elizabeth was 22, it was announced that she had caught measles and was being separated from the infant Prince Charles.
The first time the Queen was admitted to hospital was at the age of 56, in July 1982, when she had a wisdom tooth extracted at King Edward VII’s Hospital in Central London. It was headline news.
So was her resilience in 1993 when she refused to cancel a visit to a factory despite having had three stitches in her left hand after being bitten by one of her corgis.
In January 1994 she wore a plaster cast after breaking a wrist when her horse tripped during a ride on the Sandringham estate.
And in 2003 she underwent surgery on both knees and, in the same year, to remove benign lesions from her face.
Of course, there have been occasional bouts of influenza and colds. But whatever the affliction, we can be sure the contents of that leather case have been to the fore.
