Sounds like a pretty good half-term outing to us.

The Tresemple Pumpkin Treasure Hunt is almost here, and we’re ready to welcome some little explorers to the field!

All the details:

📅 24th October – 1st November
⏰ 10am–3pm daily
📍 Tresemple Farm
🎟️ £10 first child | £5 each additional child
🔎 Find all six pumpkin varieties
🎃 One pumpkin to take home per child (additional pumpkins charged separately)
☕ One free hot chocolate with every ticket purchased

No booking necessary. Just bring your wellies and turn up!

PUMPKIN PICKING WITH A TWIST! 🎃🔎 Read on for our half-term plans…

Our pumpkins haven’t quite gone to plan this year. It’s been a tough growing season, but we’ve come up with a rather fun alternative.

Meet Inspector Clouseau (Rhys). His accent needs work, but he’s uncovered a few things worth investigating.

Introducing the Tresemple Pumpkin Treasure Hunt! 🎃

This half term, we’re inviting you to explore our pumpkin field, track down six different varieties and take home a pumpkin of your own. There’s even a free hot chocolate involved!

Here’s everything you need to know:

📅 24th October – 1st November
⏰ 10am–3pm daily
📍 Tresemple Farm
🎟️ £10 first child | £5 each additional child
🔎 Hunt for all six pumpkin varieties
🎃 One pumpkin to take home per child (extras charged separately)
☕ One FREE hot chocolate with every ticket purchased
🚜 No booking required. Just turn up!

The field might be a little wilder than we’d hoped, but that’s all part of the adventure.

And one final thing. If you spot the famous Pink Panther pumpkin, DO NOT PICK IT. There’s only one.

Two Bens, one very good piece of beef. And some rather fetching beard nets🥩

We had a visit from Ben, head chef and owner of award-winning and a restaurant we’re rather proud to supply.

He popped into the butchery to collect some sirloin for this weekend’s feast at which naturally turned into a good old chat about beef.

Including a rather interesting comparison to cheese. We’ll let Ben explain that one.

Always a pleasure catching up and seeing our produce heading into such good hands.

And yes, the beard nets are compulsory. Even for top chefs🤪

A slight development with our new arrivals🐔🎃

Rhys has been in charge of the chickens for approximately five minutes and they’re already laying pumpkins.

New arrivals at Tresemple. 🐔

The chicken palace has officially relocated and, naturally, Rhys was in charge of moving day. A few minor complications. A couple of questionable moments. But against all odds, everyone made it.

The residents seem very pleased with the accommodation.

Happy chicken lickens all round🐔🏡
