🌸 As the week draws to a close, we can reflect on what a wonderful week it has been here at Longview! 🌸

It's been a week filled with smiles, laughter, and special moments. Our residents enjoyed spending time in the garden, making the most of the fresh air, listening to wonderful live music, and getting creative by making some beautiful flower baskets. 🌼🎶🌿

Seeing everyone enjoying themselves and sharing these moments together is what makes Longview such a special place.

Now, we look forward to another fantastic week ahead—one we hope will be full of sunshine, smiles, and more happy memories. ☀️😊

From everyone at Longview Care Home, we would like to wish His Majesty The King a very happy birthday. What a beautiful parade in London 🩵🤍

Today, our residents and staff will be celebrating together in the sunshine, enjoying good company, laughter, and a wonderful day outdoors. It’s a lovely opportunity to come together and mark this special occasion.

We always enjoy a sing and a dance when Kirsty comes to visit us here at Longview! 🎶💃🕺

Today, we celebrated a belated Cheese Day in style with a lovely morning of cheese, wine, music, and plenty of dancing. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and great memories made as everyone got up for a boogie and enjoyed the fantastic atmosphere.

A big thank you to Kirsty for bringing so much fun and energy to our day – we can't wait for the next visit! 🧀🍷🎵❤️

We’ve been making the most of the beautiful Bank Holiday sunshine here at Longview Care Home ☀️🌸

Our residents have enjoyed spending time outdoors, soaking up the sunshine, chatting with friends, and enjoying the fresh air and lovely gardens. Days like these bring so many smiles and special moments for everyone to share.

We hope everyone is having a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend too! 💛

Last week we proudly celebrated VE Day with our wonderful residents, families, and staff. 🇬🇧

The home was filled with music and laughter as we came together to remember the courage and sacrifice of those who served during World War II.

Residents enjoyed singing along to wartime classics, sharing stories from years gone by, and taking part in themed activities and decorations throughout the day. It was a truly special occasion that brought everyone together in remembrance and celebration.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so memorable. ❤️

We did say there was something exciting coming… 👀☀️

Join us for Longview’s Summer Fair on Saturday 11th July! 🎉

There will be yummy food, fun games to take part in, musical entertainment, and hopefully plenty of sunshine too! 🌭🎶🌞
