Just wanted to do a little post to let you all know how I’m trying to make tattoos a bit more accessible at a time when not many people have the means to get new ink.

I’ve been offering skill swaps for tattoos for a while (perhaps you’re a tradesperson - especially an electrician 😅, or a hair stylist, videographer etc) and am currently particularly interested in someone who could give my car a really good scrub inside and out - oh and sort out the air con! Also someone to restring and give a general spruce up to my tenor guitar - but am ALWAYS happy to receive offers of swaps from people.

As well as this, there are other physical things I’ll trade - you might have them lying around unwanted and prefer a new tattoo instead! This is not an exhaustive list (do send me your offers!) but it includes:

Rock Band instruments and games for the Wii
Really cool art books
Silk flowers and haberdashery items like fringing and beads
Reeves and Mortimer memorabilia
Other UK comedy memorabilia
Cool decor items for the studio
Douglas Dogs
Snazzy boots, chonky trainers, vintage clothes
Norse Organics skin products (unopened)
Magic the Gathering cards / decks
Artificial plants

Hopefully that might be of help to someone! I’ll also happily trade for stuff we sell in our little gift shop, or gift vouchers (either for tattoos or shop) if you’re struggling to buy presents for a loved one ❤️
