I have just been looking through my phone at photos of June and July and realised that over the last couple of months, I must have shared Cacao with over 150 beautiful people and offered a sound journey to over 200 people.

Attending 3 festivals Sowena Cornwall CIC 'Sunshine & Soul', Robbie Debenham 'Soundbath' and Rock Oyster Festival has offered me the opportunity to connect with SO many wonderful beings and share snippets of my offerings with people who might never have heard of a 'ceremony' or 'plant medicine' or felt the unbelievable effect that sound can have on their nervous system.

I absolutely bloody love what I do and am so grateful to each person who has spent time with me in some capacity during one of these epic festivals. Whether you've tasted your first sip of cacao, sat in a tent, closed your eyes and connected to your heart, trusted me to drum over your body, pulled a card and shared what has come up, booked on to a circle or ceremony or paused and had a chat with me - thank you.

The Yarrow we are journeying with has been grown in my allotment in Cornwall. We will work with the plant in a variety of ways, including freshly picked, in a tincture that's been macerating since the Full Moon in Capricorn and a fresh lovingly brewed tea.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the absolute honour of holding a closing ceremony for the magical Amy Jones - Business Strategist | Yoga-Trainer | Podcaster business mentor retreat at the breathtaking The Zen Den .

The women in circle had spent six months inside Amy's container, exploring their purpose and deepening into who they are and what they offer.

As I dreamed into this ceremony, I saw imagery of these women in a sacred period of gestation and labour of love, reshaping the way they approach their businesses, rewiring old perspectives, and preparing to rebirth their offerings in a way that feels deeply aligned with who they are now.

My intention in holding the space and guiding the journey was to create an energetic threshold for each woman to approach. Where she could meet the parts of herself that had protected her until now, thank them for all they had done, and lovingly release them from being the decision-makers.

In their place, she was invited to meet the version of herself who lives in deep trust, in her own wisdom, her worthiness, and her capacity to receive success, abundance, happiness and balance.

From there, she stepped through a symbolic portal, rebirthing herself into a world that was ready to receive her, celebrate her, and welcome her unique offerings.

The closing ritual felt super potent and brought a HUGE smile to my face. Each woman was invited to meet her mentor, Amy, one final time at the threshold, receive her closing words of affirmation, and then step through the portal into the waiting embrace of her sisters, who welcomed her with open arms and wholehearted celebration.

Whilst I always begin with a clear intention and theme, it's incredibly important to me that I drop into the energy of the room when I arrive. I listen deeply to what arises in the space and trust myself as a channel for something far greater than my words can explain, so each woman can receive exactly what she needs.

I'm so grateful to Amy for trusting me completely to follow my intuition and create a ceremony for her community at such a meaningful point in their journey.

The Mother-Daughter Circle

It is such an honour to hold women and their daughters in circle.
Welcoming the girls in to witness and experience the power of women sharing honestly, with vulnerability and listening with compassion, supporting without advising and learning that rest does not need to be earnt.
Showing them the importance and beauty of building a connection with the land, the plant spirits and the energetic realms (and realising that they are already so deeply connected!)
And we learn just as much from them!
I am reminded by the girls that creativity cannot and should not be rushed, that playfulness can (and should) be injected into almost anything and that young people are the most intuitive, connected, unfiltered and magical beings.

Mother-Daughter Circle creations!

My heart burst open when I received a message the next days saying that a Mother and Daughter had already used the talking stick at home.

Another Mama shared this:

"it’s just hit me how important today has been...Like such a sacred initiation for her, and for me as her mother too. It’s literally got me in tears thinking about how today is a day I will never forget..What a blessing and a privilege. Thank you from my heart for offering and creating this space: it’s soooo beautiful and so needed. Not just for the next generation & us too, but our ancestral line - both ways! - who will undoubtedly benefit so much from the healing"

Gather in circle with us under The Strawberry Moon, a personal favourite of mine (being a Capricorn Sun & Moon!) to connect with the Spirit of Cacao, drop into a protected and nourishing space that is held with care and integrity.

I often tend to fly through the summer season, filling my weekends, staying up late to make the most of the sunshine and generally moving at a fast pace. When we reach the autumn, I can feel quite exhausted and realise I haven't stopped for a while.

The Full Moon in Capricorn offers us an earthy anchor during the height of summer. A chance to slow down, honour the part of you that needs rest and connect deeply with other women and the sacred land around us.

Last night's Beltane Circle under the Full Moon was truly incredible.

There was a wild, fizzy and wonderful connection between the women who gathered in the Yurt. Ultimate acceptance, love and compassion was felt the whole evening and each of us was able to tap a little more deeply into her own unique expression. It was unexplainably powerful.

I have been navigating a shift in my own personal relationship with Cacao recently, and as such, the way I am holding space is also naturally changing slightly. I am learning to deepen into and trust in the medicine I have to offer in a new way. Flowing and guiding eaxh practice completely intuitively, allowing myself to channel - with far less constriction from my inner critic and moving into new levels of vulnerability and bravery.

I am forever in complete awe of the absolute magic that happens when women gather. The ripples of energy, the tears, the silliness, the sense that our ancestors are with us in the space, the freedom to express and healing that comes from sharing, being heard, witnessing and existing amongst sisters. It's a remembrance of how we should gather and I fu***ng love it.

Yesterday I had the true privilege of holding a Mother's Blessing for a gorgeous soul who has been attending my Mother-Daughter Circles for the last 9 months (the first one when she was just 2 weeks pregnant!)

It has been so special to witness her journey through this pregnancy and then welcome her into ceremony yesterday, surrounded by her closest sisters.

Together, we sat with Mama Cacao, shared in circle, crafted a gorgeous bracelet infused with prayers and intentions, softened into a sound journey, shared delicious food, filled a jar with affirmations and love notes for Mama's post partum time, had special 1:1 connection and bump painting time and an intimate closing ritual allowing space for mama to be held in any way she needed.

Mother's Blessings are a deeply powerful way for a community to gather around an expectant mother.. to hold her, nourish her, celebrate her, witness her and listen to her. To remind her how supported she is.

Whether it is her first or seventh baby, every mother deserves to be held in this way.

It feels even more special that the first ceremony to be held in the womby embrace of the Yurt since her rebirth was a Mother's Blessing.

Thank you Jackie, for trusting me to hold this space for you. It is a real honour and I cannot wait to welcome you back to circle, babe in arms ❤️✨️

I keep meaning to share some thoughts & feelings to express the gratitude i am feeling for the community who have supported us with the relocation of our yurt over the past month...but as is so often the case with deep feelings, words just don't do it justice.
As I reflect, an overwhelming, tingly, warmth spreads from my heart through my entire body. I am so blessed.

& thank you for helping us lovingly take Yurtrude down with a days' notice (& providing an incredible lunch to share on the decking afterwards!) Joseph, thank you for making sure the tree beings were ready to welcome us safely into their embrace at Sowena.

Simon, Robina, & Karl for welcoming us on to your beautiful land of & providing Yurtrude with her peaceful woodland nesting space (& for trusting me with Sowena cabin to hold space in while the yurt was in pieces)

The INCREDIBLE for accepting my plea to create her magic on the door and crown - we are over the moon 🌙

The EPIC collection of incredible folk who came out to help with the Re-B-Earth, spending your entire Saturday with us, tying knots, navigating wind gusts, lining up poles, lifting canvas, drilling holes, pouring cacao, entertaining the beautiful collection of wild small humans running around, providing cake & delicious snacks & bringing such a wholesome community experience - i am overwhelmed with gratitude and bursting with love.

my incredible man! The chief of operations - there's nothing you can't do. You've sanded & oiled 66 (thousand!) poles, cleaned every peice of canvas & insulation inside & out by hand, spent hours & hours hand sewing a new window for the roof cap, sanded, painted and fixed the doors and crown, deconstructed and then reconstructed the decking and base, fitted new flooring, fitted a woodburner & built the flue support, handbuilt the most beautiful waney edge wood shelves (amongst many, many more things) all whilst working full time and still being a present partner and father. I absolutely couldn't have done .. cont...
