Thank you to my lovely client for this 5⭐️review . I am delighted that she has seen an improvement in mobility and a reduction in back pain.
Eden Sports Clinic we specialise in helping clients manage their back pain allowing them to safely enjoy our Pilates classes .
There is an experienced rehab team including a physiotherapist, osteopath, acupuncturist, sports masseurs and clinical Pilates instructors .

Some of you know that we recently travelled to Japan to gain new insights and deepen our understanding of Reiki. Even after 25 years of practicing there is still so much to learn . We are so grateful for this opportunity and to be able to share this knowledge and practice with you .
We have new Reiki Degree Courses coming up :

💫: Reiki Master Practitioner in August ( dates to be confirmed next week). 🌀Reiki Second Degree Practioner in September during school hours ( dates to be confirmed )
We'll also be introducing a new simpler Introduction to Reiki course for those who only want to give healing to themselves and family and friends . After just one day you will be able to give healing🙏🏽💫💓🌈🌀 .
For those who decide that they would later like to progress through the levels , they can do this too . Course are in Edenbridge and Tunbridge Wells .

Delighted to have such amazing ladies in my Reformer Class yesterday 💫As we're in summer holiday season 👙 a focus on abdominals is essential. Here we are doing a version of Round Back training re**us abdominis , TVA and obliques . Glutes and hamstrings are also working hard as are scapular stabilisers . Well done ladies🙌🙌👏.
