The Charles Clinic may carry my name, but behind it is a very real person with a wonderful little family supporting and cheering me on every step of the way.

My husband and Willow are my greatest cheerleaders. They pick me up, keep me grounded and look after me in every possible way, allowing me to focus on what I do best and being the nurse I always wanted to be. 🤍🐾

When you book with me, you’re not simply booking a treatment.

You’re placing your trust in an experienced Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber who will listen to you, assess you properly and always give you honest advice, even when that means saying a treatment isn’t right for you.

My aim has never been to change the way you look. It’s to help you feel refreshed, confident and completely yourself, with natural results and your safety at the heart of every decision.

Your treatment doesn’t quite end when I put the needle down! Good aftercare is an important part of getting the best possible results from your anti-wrinkle treatment or dermal filler. 🤍

I’ve popped together this handy little DOs & DON’Ts guide for you to save, screenshot or come back to after your appointment.

And remember, a little redness, swelling or bruising can be completely normal following treatment, but if you’re ever worried about anything, please just message me. I’d always rather you ask. 🖤

A slightly different Friday post from me today. 🤍

The past few weeks have been incredibly sad, with the loss of Sean’s wonderful nan and two old friends.

It’s been one of those periods in life that makes you stop and realise just how quickly time passes, and how important it is to appreciate the people around us while we can.

Behind The Charles Clinic, behind the treatments, appointments and social media, there is simply a person navigating life just like everyone else.

So there’s no treatment post from me today. Instead, just a little reminder to make the phone call, send the message, take the photograph, say “I love you” and make time for the people who matter.

Life is precious, and sometimes the smallest moments become the memories we treasure the most.

To anyone who has experienced loss recently, I’m thinking of you too. 🤍

✨ TEETH GRINDING & FACIAL SLIMMING ✨

I’ve just had this treatment myself! 💉

As someone who clenches/grinds their teeth, I wanted to experience the treatment personally, with the added bonus of gradually creating a slimmer, more defined lower face as the masseter muscles relax.

Botulinum toxin can be carefully placed into the masseter muscles to reduce their activity. This can help with:
