Big shout out to and the wonderful owner Paula. Firstly the art is amazing, so many cool and unique pieces, do visit if you are in Whistable. Last Wednesday we visited this fantastic gallery with my friend and neice. In a hurry to meet our parking time we left in a rush, not realising till we were almost home that my neice left her favourite stitch bag with toys and shells she’d collected in Whitsable, and she was beside herself. I called around places we had been, and called the gallery. Paula told me she’d tried to find us to reunite the bag with its owner. She’d put a note in the window, driven up and down the high street looking for us, and put a post out on social media. She kindly offered to post back free of charge, and it arrived yesterday with this note and sweeties for my niece. I’m truly touch by Paula’s kindness and generosity. Thank you so much! You’ve made a little girl very happy, and shown that kindness is all around. ❤️X

Amazing weekend working for the first time with t_z_p zen project at Latitude offering Reiki treatments. I met some wonderful practitioners Suffolk Seedlings Camilla Ames Acupuncture by Andrea to name a few, brilliant volunteers, and saw some amazing music and talks. I feel so grateful to have been given this opportunity. Not going to lie, I was slightly terrified at turning up at a festival knowing no one, and camping by myself, but I did it and so proud I did, everyone was so friendly, you can really feel and see the connection of people at this festival between the families and volunteers, and it filled my heart with so much love 🥰🥰

Beautiful day yesterday teaching Reiki level 1 at the Little Reiki Shed. I feel so grateful that I get to teach wonderful humans like all about Reiki.

Very nice excited to be practicing Reiki from my new space in Belgravia, London on Thursdays from 2.30-8.30pm. The energy here is just wonderful!

It’s happening! Tomorrow I will start practicing at The Light Centre in Belgravia. I first visited the centre over 20 years ago when I started working in the civil service, with my friend Sophia who is now one of my best friends. We used to go for yoga sessions after work, and then sounds baths. I’ve always loved the space and the energy around the area is amazing, wonderful cafes and restaurants spiralling into the streets.

Last year whilst meditating I had a vision that I would be practicing reiki at the Light Centre. This was delayed slightly but a broken knees, other work, life, but I’m not letting that stop me.

I always knew that one day I would be back there in some capacity. I am so excited that my dream of practicing reiki in London is coming true. I feel so blessed!

Maybe you have a dream or something that you’ve always wanted to do and doubting yourself. Just go for it! You can do it! We only regret the things we didn’t do!
