Have you heard of Internal Family Systems, known as IFS for short? Honestly, it’s the most powerful, transformative tool for gaining self-understanding, compassion, clarity and calm.
Currently, my work is focused more and more on IFS as I support individuals to gain awareness of their unique inner system and how parts of them are showing up in the world, or not, as the case may be.
Working individually with clients through yoga, meditation, or IFS over the past 16 years has taught me so much, and I’m often in awe of how unique we all are and how we have the tools to heal if only we can remember to Self-remember.
This October I feel very privileged to join Ruth Culver, Certified IFS Practitioner, at her Hungry For Wholeness Residential 4-day retreat in Florence House, East Sussex.
Within this small, safe group you will be guided to bring compassionate curiosity to your relationship with body image and eating, connecting with all the various parts involved through Embodied Internal Family Systems.
Whatever your individual situation, this retreat offers a chance to connect with, understand , and gently support your inner system with curiosity, compassion, and care.
If you’re interested in IFS and are curious to know more, do get in touch. If you struggle with your relationship with food and would like to understand why parts of you do what they do, then do consider joining Ruth for this retreat.
There are only a few precious spaces left, so don’t delay in getting in touch if you feel called to sign up; you’ll be so welcome and expertly held.
