I ask for 48 hours notice where possible for cancellations, if I can fill your appointment time then of course the charge doesn’t apply.

If you’ve forgotten and simply not turned up - I have no choice but to charge the full fee, my mortgage and rent needs paid every month regardless!

Had a great couple of days away spending quality time with family 🏕️

Very grateful to return home to dry and windy weather - my poor washing machine hasn’t had a break but I caught up on all the camping washing in under 24 hours! It’s the little things in life isn’t it!

That’s me back to work for the next 3 days (a very busy 3 days with lots of feet to see to 👣) before I’m off down south yet again for the weekend, a family wedding this time 💒

Then it’s back to school and business as usual with very little time off until October! I can’t believe we’re so close to the end of the school holidays now, but I’m ready to embrace the routine once more!

As the next few days are busy, I probably won’t be the best at answering the phone but I will get back to all voicemails and messages within 48 hours or less! 📞
