Tired, overstimulated, overwhelmed… yet finding it hard to rest?
I’ve created Deep Rest Reset — a gentle 6-week small group programme designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and support your nervous system through deep rest practices.
Over 6 weeks we’ll explore:
✨ restorative yoga
✨ breathwork
✨ guided relaxation
✨ sound healing
✨ therapeutic touch
✨ practices to help you feel calmer, grounded and more connected.
A space to step away from the busyness of life and give yourself time to reset.

🕊 Held at a beautiful serene studio in Knowl Hill (RG10 9YN), plenty of parking right outside.
If you feel like you need more rest, less overwhelm, and time to come back to yourself, this may be for you.
