This epic birthday cake was made by my daughter for her little brother's pool party...Her sweat and blood went into this cake… **

It looked absolutely epic - exactly what he wanted... it wasnt easy to make, or transport... it started to melt in the heat of the "baths" - I was so stressed not knowing what would happen when I cut it... but watching all that jelly finally spill out was so satisfying...

How often do we stress when we try to hold it all together?

Keep going.Wibble, wobble... Keep it all in. Until eventually… something HAS to give.

Releasing doesn't mean falling apart — no matter how scary or messy it might feel!

The cake couldn't be cut without releasing the jelly, we wanted to eat it... there's no way it was eaten neatly - it was so much FUN! And it was DELICIOUS!

Massage can help release physical tension. Reiki can create space to slow down. Therapeutic coaching can help you untangle some of the things you've been carrying.

You don't have to keep holding everything forever.
