A new study (UK) has looked at the role lymph nodes play in breast cancer.

The study suggests that lymph nodes may now in fact play an active role in helping breast cancer progress, and that changes in the lymph nodes may actually happen before cancer cells are detected in the breast.

This is hugely significant in not only targeting future breast cancer treatment, but also highlights again, how important the lymphatic system is for our overall wellbeing and health.

Lao Tzu the Chinese philosopher (6th C), was supposed to of said “ HEALTH IS THE GREATEST POSSESSION”.

How right he was. Chronic health conditions are rapidly increasing, even amongst younger adults ( Office for National Statistics & NHS Surveys England), & mental health issues have also surged significantly.

Holistic health treatments can significantly help manage chronic poor health, but can also be used as a health promotion tool in prevention. There is an old Chinese proverb that states “running water never goes stale”. This saying could easily describe our lymphatic system’s lymph fluid, our body’s primary defence & waste removal system.
