Today Karen Roberts our ICC Case manager retires. Thank you Karen for everything you have done for our practices and patients. You were a great advocate for your patients, you got 4 practices working together in the multi disciplinary team, you championed rural health and population health and long term condition management. We will all miss you and wish you all the best for a long and happy retirement

Our admin and reception staff do an amazing job and work extremely hard. Please be kind to them. No one comes to work to be verbally abused and sworn at just for doing their job. Stop and think about how you treat them. Would you like someone to speak to you like that or would you prefer kindness
