Due to unforeseen circumstances and with deep sadness, I have to close down the ‘brēth 2 Day South Lakes Studio. It’s been a privilege to have met so many amazing people in our South Lakes community. I truly enjoyed all of our sessions over the past year and will remember all of the laughter, tears, and every emotion in between that we shared together. Teaching you all never felt like work. Thanks for sharing your energy with me and trusting me with your wellness journey. Please stay connected. My hope is to find another avenue to continue to share my passion for pilates and yoga.
