Welcome to Mindful Little Prints 👣

I've rebranded my page so thought I'd explain and introduce myself.

I'm Antonia, this page started as Mindfully making it and was all about motherhood, mindfulness and my retreats. I've subsequently stopped running retreats and been reminded time and time again that social media isn't good for my health.

So I'm focusing this purely on my business and Etsy shop which is all about creating adorable hand and footprint memories with little ones. I may also share some general creative moments in our life 🎨

A little bit about me: I'm a survivor of childhood trauma and it's left it's mark, one of the reasons social media is tricky for me. I decided to do dry January in 2025 and have been sober since (one of the best decisions I ever made). I home educate my two daughters and we love our life without school. My current passions aside from my life as a mother are foraging and fermenting, like most gals of my generation I've got very into Sourdough and cooking with herbs from my garden 🌿 oh I'm also growing my grey hair out!
