After the Easter break I have two spaces available for one-to-one or small group yoga classes, either in your own home or in a warm, comfortable yoga space in rural north Flintshire. I am still teaching one to one and small group classes in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pilates, Yoga Nidra, Slow Yoga and meditation. I'm fully qualified and insured and can bring classes to your own home or a small, cosy studio in rural Flintshire with all equipment provided. I'm so excited and delighted that today I completed and passed my training in Ashtanga Yoga of the Yoga Sutras. This is in addition to Ashtanga Yoga teacher training and my intention in deeper study was to increase my own personal experience in practising Ashtanga Yoga, and to enhance my teaching skills. I'm still teaching hatha yoga, Slow Yoga, yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation and Pilates classes, along with Ashtanga Yoga classes, but from September will have two spaces for private 1 hour duration classes in Ashtanga Yoga for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in this amazing practice. Classes can take place in your own home or in a peaceful, comfortable studio in rural Flintshire. Please pm me for more details ❤️

I'm excited to finally be able to access the lovely yoga/ therapy space I used for classes and treatments before the Covid pandemic :) From the end of February I will be offering private yoga classes combined with a therapy session - before enjoying a relaxing and lengthening Yin, a strengthening Hatha or an invigorating Ashtanga yoga class you can relax with an aromatherapy massage, a reflexology session or an Indian head massage. Sessions comprise of half an hour of therapy and half an hour of yoga, or I can offer a full hour of therapy or a full hour of yoga/ Pilates. Sessions take place in a comfortable, warm space in Flintshire and all equipment is provided. I am fully insured and professionally trained in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Yoga Nidra, Slow Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, reflexology, Indian head massage, hot stones massage, aromatherapy massage and sports massage. I am about to complete specialist yoga teacher training covering pre/ ante natal yoga, yoga for older people, yoga for children and yoga for vulnerable adults and am also waiting to be certified to deliver Hopi ear candling treatments.
