This morning I was discussing our Amrita Couples Ta**ra Programme with a delighted participant who had gained more than they expected from the training - they said the effects had rippled into areas of their life that they had not imagined - like communicating with their parents, siblings and children.

It got me thinking... This work changes lives - we know that because we live it every day.

For the last 17 years together, we’ve used these tools to stay fresh, deepen our intimacy, and navigate the inevitable challenges of long-term relationship with more grace, humour, and love.

Amrita was born from our lived experience.
