Wellbeing, when simplified, becomes actionable.

That’s why I live by the Five Pillars of Health—a framework I’ve created to make thriving accessible to anyone.

Over the past two weeks, I didn’t just talk about wellbeing—I lived it.

Here’s how each pillar showed up in real life:

1. Relax WELL –
Nature, solitude, and reconnection. From peaceful time in the Lake District to quality moments with my daughter, Debs, family, and friends.

2. Sleep WELL –
Deep rest when I needed it. Shared sleep and shared memories when it mattered most.

3. Eat WELL – Simple fasting, clean meals, and energy-boosting nourishment.

4. Move WELL –
From lakeside walks and runs to tennis, football, and even go-karting!

5. Connect WELL – Laughs, love, and life chats. Moments I’ll treasure forever—especially reconnecting with Mick B and sharing time with Debs.

Along the way, I reflected on what matters most—what I call my 4 Ps:

Passion. Purpose. Peace. Profits.

And the freedoms I strive for:

Financial. Energy. Location. Time.

(I even created the acronym: FELT—because if you can feel it, you can live it.)

This journey reminded me I’m not stuck in the gap between where I am and where I want to be.

I’m living in the gain—and I’m building something meaningful.
