EVERYTHING is CONNECTED

We are a hologram of the whole.
A replica of the universe.
Sacs of fluid held together in an earthen vessel, responding to the energetic influence of cyclic activity - a dance between the Sun and Moon.

Just as the Ocean responds to the rhythmic push pull of Lunar influence so does every single cell within the body.

Three days AFTER a full moon one experiences the signs and symptoms of toxicity being drawn out from deeper layers into the extra cellular matrix , into the lymph and blood . The Moons purgative influence to cleanse the vessel to heighten its ability to receive universal energy and transmit its light - like iridescence fallen stars on Earth transmitting its signal into the cosmos ‘ beam me up!’

Read the signals : what symptoms are you sensing this week ?
Sleeplessness?
Fatigue? Tingly nerves ?
Skin irritation ?
Agitation ?
Headaches ?
Sore limbs ( especially thighs and hips?)
Congestion ? Dry eyes ?
Spaced out? Scattered?
Emotional ?

What are you craving ? Carbs ? Sweetness ? Caffeine ? Alcohol ? Fry-up?

This is not a coincidence - its nature providing the perfect medicine to regulate as a WHOLE in synch with the UNIVERSAL current .
Often mistaken or misinterpreted as an ‘acute reaction ‘ - or ‘something’s wrong ‘, actually the body is being coherent - it’s Right on time to serve our vibrational evolution.

The clearer the body and mind becomes the fewer symptoms appear and the heightened ability to ‘sense the chi ‘ …

This isn’t wooowooo , it’s alignment with the highest source.

Naturopathic Techniques such as fasting, castor oil, enemas , being in nature or near the sea , reduce the toxic load sitting in the matrix and support Mind- Body to cleanse during these phases.

The ultimate aim is not to react emotionally to the acute symptoms , but let the body do what it needs to , whilst remaining rooted in the Heart centre - the epicentre of power .

FOOD, FooD Glorious Food … !

Have you ever wondered how much vitality is actually in the food you consume? Does your breakfast lunch or dinner replenish your energy or deplete it?

Do you crave coffee and sugar at 11am and experience an energy crash between 3-4pm? Are you feeling peckish at 9pm for ‘something sweet?’

As a naturopath I’m faced with the same patterns showing up in clients concerning their vitality - or lack of it. Fatigue and Burnout has become the norm.

When was the last time you read the packet before purchasing ? No one is actually reading labels on convenience food - they are hooked on the taste. ‘It’s tasty therefore it must be good’ - yet it’s loaded with fillers, preservatives and artificial flavours - and contains ZERO vitality ( degree of aliveness )

So what is the measure of Vitality ? Have you experienced picking your own strawberries 🍓 or apples 🍎 and eating them straight off the vine?

You can sense the degree of aliveness and freshness.

Beyond macro and micro nutrients , the degree of photon energy stored is a measure of vitality. Vegetation holds the greatest photon energy , through photosynthesis - the highest amount in homegrown wheatgrass and greens , flaxseed ( for omega oils ) and spirulina. The simpler the food source the greater vitality.

Summertime seasonal food variety is abundant - Go Green this season - and enjoy the health benefits!

Full Moons are gateways to accession - flooding the atmosphere with photon cascade invisible to the senses however , available to recharging the earths bio-field and life form.

The full moon is a mirror of completeness.
Just as the moon reflects the sun’s brilliance, purification of the mind reflects Divine Light.

Do not waste this rare energy :: sit in the unknown

Meditate under the Moonlight.

Embodied wisdom over the decades Growing up , With women who were deeply devotional and aware of these magnetic transitions, dedicated to purifying their inner light and emerging with a deep sense of spiritual awakening.

These women resonated a presence of peace rooted in Sacred Power.

Fasting was a powerful exercise to dissolve the material , and enter a heightened realm of resonance.
The purpose of lunar- fasting is spiritual focus: to withdraw energy from worldly indulgence and channel it toward source connection - Divine realisation.
Retire from external distractions and instead retain and redirect sense pleasures - gathering their field of consciousness and anchoring within.

Full Moon fasts reset and synchronise from the inside out :: Fasting includes all aspects of mind related distractions and egoic performances :
dedicate time for nothingness.

The light of the full moon penetrates the deeper layers of the subconscious arousing all that remains hidden within - often shadows of fear, pain, trauma, despair , doubt appear to distract life force and resurface.
Reacting to these creates drama. Do not React. Instead , sit with it.
Remain rooted in Simran or devotional songs - all negative narratives dissolve by themselves.

Thus , women revered their spiritual tribes , secret gatherings quietly cocooned , under the light of the moon transformed states - emerging with a new light of awareness.

This wasn’t just full moon rituals but a sacred time to reconnect to Source.

Observing full moon fasts with awareness transforms it from a ritualistic event into a profound experience of self-Realization and heightened psychic awakening.

May this rare Lunation Raise your vibration 💫

Smile.
Remain rooted there.

May your day unfold with Divine Grace and Be Happy

Sitali breath (or Sitali Pranayama) is a traditional yogic breathing technique used to physically cool the body, soothe anxiety, and calm the nervous system.

It is an excellent practice for hot days, post-workout, or whenever you feel overheated or overstimulated.

How to Practice Sitali Breath

Find a comfortable posture - preferably outdoors or in a ventilated environment.
Relax shoulders.

Curl your tongue lengthwise into a “U” or “taco” shape, and stick the tip slightly out through your lips. (If you cannot curl your tongue, simply purse your lips in an “O” shape).

Inhale slowly and deeply through your curled tongue, as if drinking through a straw.

You will feel a distinct cooling sensation as the air passes over your tongue and into your throat.
Retain the breath briefly for a few seconds if it is comfortable for you.
Exhale slowly through both nostrils, closing your mouth.

Why It Works
As you inhale through the rolled tongue, the air passes over your saliva and creates a natural evaporative cooling effect.
This signals your parasympathetic nervous system to relax, helping to lower quickened heart rates, reduce agitation, and alleviate mild feelings of anger or frustration.

Quick TipsDuration:
Aim to practice this for 2 to 3 minutes, or up to 8–15 repetitions.

Precautions: Stop the practice immediately if you start to feel dizzy or lightheaded.

Hippocrates is considered the father of medicine and his laws are known by all medics. But what is lesser known fact is that Hippocrates emphasised the importance of self-healing. - ‘Let food be your medicine’ - ‘ the natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well’ Hippocrates was an advocate of natural medicine, observing the influence of seasons, seasonal food and herbs as medicine to act as a balm without interfering with the innate intelligence of the body mind, which is designed to preserve its survival. Unfortunately medicine pays very little attention to lifestyle interventions and more on prescription medicine. Recently, a new wave of non-clinical practitioners are being introduced into healthcare, with a focus on person-centred care. This includes co-creating healthy lifestyles by considering all the facets of a persons life ( social, economical, education etc)
There is a place for prescribed medication but there is a greater need for heart centred conversations - getting to the root of what really matters - this creates a shift in consciousness and a catalyst for healing to begin within.
