Bare Knuckles, Medical Herbalist, Jeremy Griffiths will lead you
into the world of The Green Man...
ancient symbol of healing, rejuvenation, and our interdependence on the natural world.
Come on a journey into the environment of wild herbs, learn about their healing properties, the influence of the elements and environment on their character and temperament,
as well as their place as medicine and food source..
The course will touch on both the physical and spiritual powers of our natural healers.
The morning will be spent walking, and identifying, specific native herbs that were the source of our ancestor’s survival, drawing on Jeremy’s
nearly four decades of personal and professional experience as medical herbalist, forager and survivalist.
Special attention will be directed at those plants best surviving the drought, and what that might mean with respect to their healing energetics.
The walk will concentrate on a group of easily identified and accessible herbs, making it relevant for day to day use

Cost £ 12 per person (15 or under FREE!)
This is a hands on herb walk...so to keep the quality of the experience for everyone, pre- booking and payment is necessary as numbers will be restricted.
