Connecting Communities for Brain Injury Support on the Wirral đ:
Today, the Caremark Wirral team had the absolute pleasure of attending the Headway Wirral drop-in session at Westbourne Hall Community Centre in West Kirby.
As a local home care provider, we are always looking for vibrant local spaces and essential services to share with our clients who are living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
An ABI can completely change a survivor's lifeâas well as the lives of their families and carersâfollowing a fall, road accident, tumour, or stroke. Charities like Headway Wirral provide the critical information and support needed to bridge the gap from hospital to home.
We joined in on a fantastic quiz that had everyone engaged, laughing, and sharing a great sense of humour! đ§ â¨
Special recognition to the team:
đ Suzanne (Wirral Council Community Connector): A huge shout-out for being there to guide local families, and for introducing our team to Headway Wirral.
đ Phil: Thank you for your brilliant coordination in organizing such a wonderful, welcoming set of activities.
We are incredibly proud to collaborate with local partners to ensure our clients have access to the best services, activities, and support networks across the Wirral.
